General Terms and Conditions

All persons must be registered on our system and signed a consent form before any tanning session can commence. Please see our Tanning page for more information.

All courses are only valid for 6 months from the date purchased.

Gift vouchers or any salon offers will not be exchanged for cash.

Any persons found disrespecting staff or the salon will be asked to leave and will not be aloud to re-enter the salon.

VIP Tanning Membership Contract


All members must have a photograph of themselves on the system and valid ID if you look under 25 years old.


The monthly membership cannot be used by anyone other than yourself; anyone found trying to share memberships will have their membership cancelled immediately.


You must give one month (30days) notices in writing to terminate your contract with us by emailing info@viptanningbexley.co.uk or by handing it in to salon staff in store. You must state your name and membership number.


Replacement of membership cards cost £5.


Your minutes per day allowance cannot roll over into the next month and can only be used as stated. For example, if you are a bronze member and didn't attend for a few days, you cannot use those minutes to create larger tanning sessions. The only time that minutes will be allowed to roll over is in the unlikely event that we close for the day or in the event of another national Covid-19 lockdown, all direct debits will immediately be frozen.
